Please allow a minimum of two weeks for sample requests to be processed and shipped. All sample orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground; expedited shipping is not available for complimentary samples.
Fortis Entrust product samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and are not intended to replace your current ostomy supplies. If you are running low on product, please contact your regular distributor or supplier to purchase full-size products.
